Description of Ultrasonic Piezo Transducer:
Ultrasonic transducers such as 20KHZ, 25KHZ, 28KHZ, 40KHZ are widely used in the electronics industry, machinery industry, automobiles, electroplating, chemical fiber, optics, bearings and other industries. Such as cleaning magnetic cores, oil nozzles, auto parts, electroplating hardware tools, chemical fiber spinnerets, optical lenses, bearings, tools, tableware, medical equipment, precision hardware, watch parts, gold and silver jewelry, electronic components. The frequency vibration is strong and the density is uniform. It can quickly achieve the purpose of degreasing, sodium removal, decontamination and descaling. In addition, it can also be used in chemical experiments to achieve catalysis, stirring, and rapid generator chemical reactions.
Features of Ultrasonic Piezo Transducer:
1. High mechanical quality and excellent electro-acoustic conversion efficiency, providing a high output amplitude.

Comparison of different chip transducers:
1). The yellow chip assembly of the transducer has a low absolute value of capacitance change and low strong field loss, so compared to the same driving circuit, it has low heat generation and good thermal stability. Water splash is stable to the change of cleaning load and has a large impact, which is quite satisfactory.
2). The black chip transducer has a high electromechanical coupling coefficient and a high Curie temperature, so the electroacoustic conversion efficiency is high. And it has higher stability and higher temperature resistance than other products using the general P4 series. Splash is characterized by high water column, rich cavitation feel, but high sensitivity to changes in cleaning load.
3). Use occasion (recommendation): high frequency (such as 40K and above) or low power transducer (below 60W) is assembled with black chips
